From London when driving take the M25 then exit on M3 towards Southampton you will drive in M3 for 52 miles and then you will need to take M27 exit towards Portsmouth. From M27 Portsmouth is only approximately 20 miles away. A3 will take you straight to Portsmouth where you will signs to Car Ferry. Taking that route will take you to the ferry station where you will be able to take the car ferry to Isle Of Wight. You will be put in a cue for the ferry of your time then when the time comes you will be asked to drive inside the ferry and from then its a 40 minutes journey to Isle of Wight.
